Get to know us

We enable individuals to foster growth and development in others through a range of tailored programs and resources.

Assuming the responsibility of training, nurturing, and developing others can seem daunting, yet it becomes markedly easier and more fulfilling when equipped with the knowledge and ability to do this seamlessly. With the right skill set, there are simple ways to build the capability of others.

Inside Initiative kicked off in 2022, driven by the founder’s passion for enabling individuals to continually evolve and be the best that they can be. Reflecting on her varied career journey, she encountered exceptional managers and sports coaches alongside disappointing ones, each experience offering valuable lessons. Driven by these insights, she is on a mission to ensure that those tasked with nurturing others' development possess the tools and knowledge needed to help individuals achieve their true potential.

Investing in people leads to motivated, driven, and engaged individuals. If this resonates with you take the first step and make contact today.

Values

Our values express what is important to us, the way that we work with you and the way that we hope you will work with us.

  • Empowerment

Learning from everyday situations is very empowering. Learning is a collaborative process; individuals will make decisions about how they learn, who they learn from and with, and who they seek feedback from.

  • Responsibility

Taking control of your life and your learning makes you feel good and builds confidence. It’s about being responsible, following through on commitments and seeking support - and is essential to achieving your potential.

  • Purposeful

Learning strategies are evidence-based and have purpose, empowering growth and building skills through relevant, practical everyday workplace activities.

  • Active

Learning is active and collaborative; knowledge is constructed through discussion and debate, by seeking feedback and reflecting on performance.
