About Adi
Adi is the founder of Inside Initiative and brings over 30 years of experience in leadership, people development and high-performance environments. Her career has spanned sport, education and organisational leadership, working across Australia and internationally. Along the way, she experienced both strong and ineffective leadership.
That contrast shaped a clear belief:
Leadership capability should be built intentionally — not left to chance.
