The “Unlocking Potential: Soft Skills for Success " Program fills this gap, equipping managers with key skills to navigate workplace challenges and support staff leadership development effectively. The Program is based on the idea that the best leaders don’t create followers, they create more leaders. This Program is delivered live and online. Participants will attend six 90-minute sessions, 1 weekly over a 6 week period. The six topics are:

· Growth environments
· Engaging conversations
· Common challenges
· Planning for growth
· Continuous improvement
Learning is active and collaborative; knowledge is constructed through discussion and debate, by seeking feedback and reflecting on performance. Full engagement is expected from participants to maximise the benefits of attendance.
